I’ve had the itch to make new jewelry lately. Just like everything else in this world, the only jewelry that catches my eye are overpriced, handmade and one-of-a-kind pieces. And then it dawned on me that if someone else could do it, I could as well. As luck would have it, “my” bead store on Main St. was having a Moving Sale – everything pretty much 65% off. Ahhh yeah! Sad that I have to find a new bead store, but aweeesome that I chose the right time to have the beading urge. I picked up a few essential tools and then went crazay.
Oh I also started a new top…still has unfinished hemlines and such, but what do you think? Goal is to finish it by c-o-a-c-h-e-l-l-a, coming up this friggen weekend!!!
We spent the rest of our weekend lounging about in the sunshine with the kitties, running some errands (like picking up incense at Cost Plus, obviously a high priority), going back to Snug Harbor for their California Benedict and biscuits and gravy…yum 🙂
